A unique experience
Classes are adapted to the energy of the day based on the astrology (E.g. New Moon, Mercury Retrograde, Full moon,...) and will always be shortly introduced in every class.
Due to my experience as an exercise kinesiologist and Martial Arts trainer the class is sometimes supplemented with exercises that support and enhance the Kundalini Yoga class as well as the well-being of the students.
Classes are for complete beginners to the most advanced. 1h30 Live via Zoom or In Person.
